Last Saturday, 15th October, our choir performed for the first time at the Millennium Community Centre Hall, Moreton, Staffordshire – just ten minutes drive from our home town.

The small village of Moreton is indeed fortunate to have such a very well appointed venue, and we very much enjoyed performing there, to raise money for the local church of St Mary, Moreton.

With one exception, we performed the same programme of songs that we had sung at our Autumn Concert, a few weeks earlier. Solo performances were given by John Lofty and David Tooth, and and we are pleased to say that the performance was received with great enthusiasm by our audience.

Our next concert is on Friday, 4th November  at  St John’s Church, Muxton, TF2 8RJ. Starting at 7.30 pm. Tickets are now available from the church, priced £8.00.
