Concert at St Matthew, Donnington Wood, TF2 7NJ

On 10 June our choir sang in concert at one of our regular local venues – St Matthew’s Church, in Donnington Wood.

Although the church was far from full for this occasion, our choir sang heartily through  a varied programme that ranged from Benedictus, and Let there be Peace to a rendition of a 1960s medley that included perrennial favourites like Da Do Ron Ron and How Do You Do It.

The concert was very much enjoyed by singers and audience alike, as a good time was had by all.

Our next event is the Annual Charity Concert of the English Association of Male Voice Choirs, which is being held at the Great Hall, Birmingham University on 15 July. We will be joining with a number of other male voice choirs in a massed choir for the occasion.

It should be quite a show!
