Once again, this year we were invited by Severn Hospice to perform at their annual  Lights of Love service, in St Chad’s Church, Shrewsbury, and we were delighted to accept the invitation.

As is normally the case, there were two services held during the afternoon, and a large audience was present for both services. Our choir sang two songs at each service:

• Angels Watching Over Me, spiritual, arr John Tudor Davies.
• The Lord is my Shepherd (Psalm 23), set by Howard Goodall and familiar to most of us as the theme to the BBC TV comedy The Vicar of Dibley

As ever, It was a great pleasure for us to be able to support this wonderful local charity in this way.
